We are ready !!  The Christmas trees this year are spectacular ! They were last year, too.
As with our plants and other inventory, we really try to seek out the best growers and sources…. here’s proof.

                                Our favourites are the Noble Firs. These grow in a series of tiered branches, rigid yet touchably soft and ‘rubbery’ feeling. They last very very very well in the house as long as they have water to drink.

                                These little baby trees are  perfect for apartments, tabletops and seniors ! The open branch habit allows ornaments to hang freely.

                                ’Burton Blue’ is a particularly beautiful strain of cut Noble Fir that we sell. There are always only a  very few of these available.

                               Our wreaths are also here now.  We have lots !!  We also like to add more ‘goodies’ to these pre-made ones and come up with a custom look for you.  You would enjoy doing this yourself, as well. We are fully stocked with cut eucalyptus, rose hips, berries, mossy sticks, little birdies, many types of cones etc. It is easy and fun to create something fantastic !

                     ‘Seeded Eucalyptus’  is $9.99 a bunch and adds greatly to ‘the look’ of everything it is put in. We  break off 4″ tips of the seeded branches and put two or three together to get a bigger cluster of the seeds. Then, you tuck them into wreaths  in about five places . It is OK to let it freeze outside, as the leaves turn brown but the seeded part still looks great dead and dried. I have  taken a few of these leaves car shopping …. it is my favourite colour !
