We have a fantastic selection of Cacti and Succulents in stock right now.These houseplants are virtually carefree. They require bright light (think desert…) and very little water. In a less-than-perfect environment (ie: too dark) they slowly stretch and eventually give up and die. So, give them good light !

Lithops (below),are one of the strangest of all plant families. Commonly known as ‘Living Stones’, these are true mimics of the real rocks they grow (and hide) in. Native to  parts of Africa, these little novelties have evolved a way to survive grazing animals by becoming invisible ! Grafted cacti  (below) are also interesting oddities to collect. The upper portion is grafted onto a host stem that produces food for both portions. 
Mature cacti produce spectacular flowers ! In the photo below, you can see a large white flower emerging from the spiny specimen in the centre of the picture.
